Vegan Peanut Butter Biscuits - They MELT in your mouth!

Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I would say normal biscuits, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I'm really quite in love. And when chocolate chips have been thrown in the mix? OMG!

Plus they simply require 15 minutes to make and clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!

This really isn't even a recipe. It is me telling you how to combine two items together for sweet satisfaction you don't have to feel guilty about.

For reals. No weird processed ingredients from a box. Virtually all natural stuff.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF oats). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think they're a fantastic breakfast (or wholesome treat!) For whoever you're That's unless you're allergic to bananas or yoghurt. Sorry!

The options are endless with those little snacks! Try adding in some of the following to make it your own?

vanilla extract

Chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed



If wanted you can add in some of the following:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS



Put ginger in blender or food processor and mix until oats act as the consistency of bread; it is okay if it's not perfectly soil.

In large bowl blended mashed banana oats till smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favourite add in; I used dark chocolate chips plus a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by big spoon onto cookie sheet; flatten a bit with a rubber spatula. Cookies can keep in a covered container for a few days, or they can be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 biscuits.
